Easy Homeade Immunity Shots




This recipe is one of my go to recipes during cold season. It usually lasts about 1 1/2 weeks in the refrigerator split among 4 people.

This recipe is made with oranges, lemons Grapefruit, ginger, turmeric, spring water and honey. It is great source of Vitamins, hydration and also beneficial to soothe/fight cold/flu symptoms and inflammation.


What you will need :

Large Mason jar (mine is 8 cups)

7 Lemons (10 Key limes may be used)

3 oranges

1 grapefruit

1 knob of Ginger

1 knob of Turmeric

3tablespoons of Black Seed Oil

1 Fresh Oregano herb

Spring Water (coconut water)

Raw organic Honey



Step 1. Soak all citrus fruits in a separate bowl of warm water and baking soda for an hour to remove some of the wax and pesticides.

Soak turmeric and ginger in baking soda


Step 2. PEEL all the skin off the oranges, lemon and Grapefruit and dice so may fit in your processor/blender. Do the same for the ginger and Turmeric ( Ginger and Turmeric can be peeled with a potato peeler or a spoon)


Step 3 Add all fruits and roots to blender, and 2 cups of Spring Water. Blend


Step 4 Use a cheese cloth or strainer to separate the pulp into a glass container (keep the pulp it if you want to dry out atwicend use as a tea on a later date)


Step 5 Add 2 1/2 cups of Spring Water to your strained juice ( the juice is very thick and concentrated so be sure to add water till its to your desired consistency)


Step 5 Add a 1/2 cup to 1 cup of Raw organic Honey


Mix well and chill im Glass Jar and store in Refrigerator for up to 3 weeks


Adults take twice Daily
