Preparation/cook time: 15-20minutes
What you will need:
Wild Salmon or Salmon fillets
Onion powder
Garlic Powder
Adobe (my go to seasoning) or Salt and Pepper
1 stick of Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Non-stick pan
Rinse Salmon, pat dry and season - put aside
NOTE: I seasoned skin side of salmon while in pan- meat side fully seasoned
Melt stick of butter in pan, as butter melted stir in Brown Sugar -
Once butter/sugar mixture is really hot Add Salmon meat down skin up for about 12-13 minutes- Flip carefully and allow skin side to cook for 5-6 minutes
Remove salmon from pan- Drain buttery sugar mixture to drizzle on salmon
