Great side dish for Sunday dinner
Takes 5-10 minutes
What you will need:
1 medium bowl
1 Tomato
1 semi firm avocado
1 cucumber
Any Vinegarette of your choice
(Apple Cider Vinegar is good too)
Salt
Pepper
Shave cucumber and cut to desired size
Cut Tomato to desired size
Peel and cut avocado to desired size discard seed
Mix all veggies in a bowl- lightly sprinkle vinegar on veggies
ADD salt and Pepper
Refrigerate
